Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, tracked.
Packaging
Plain outer mailer, neutral sender, no product wording on the label, no invoice inside unless requested.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not moved in 10 days, contact us and we will chase or reship it.
Customs
Import duty is the customer's responsibility. Parcels are declared at their true value.
