30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original packaging for a full refund of the item price. We cover return postage where the item was faulty or not as described; for change of mind the return postage is yours.
How to start a return
- Email support@goingrobo.com with your order number and the item.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and a reference number.
- Send it back unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons worn, washed or tagless items cannot be resold. If something arrived damaged or the description was wrong, contact us first and we will replace it or refund in full including postage.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days of inspection. Your bank may take 5–10 days to post it.
